Is the wife, the friend of her husband, Bishop David L. Sylvester. For over 20 years she has been saved and preaching the word of God.
This woman of God preaches without fear or compromise. She has been given an assignment by God, and her stamina and fireless efforts are always proven by the many lives that are being touched by her ministry.
Pastor Gloria is the 9th sibling born to James and Bessie Brown in Mobile, Alabama.
She was educated in the public school system in Mobile, Alabama. She is a graduate of Bishop State Community College, Southwest State, and Stillman College. She also holds a Masters of Theology from Faith and Fire Bible College and a MBS of Biblical Studies from FICU. She is currently a candidate for Doctor of Ministry at FICU. She is the Dean of Dimensions School of Ministry. She is the mother of 3 children, a daughter-in-law and 5 grandchildren.
In November 2001 , the Lord called her to expand her territory, gifts and callings that had exceeded the traditional church. She is full of compassion, balanced with the courage and boldness to speak the word of God in every circumstance. She is a woman who not only knows the word of God but knows how to use the word. Pastor Gloria declares often, "the word works."
